The Mindful Miles Collective
The Mindful Miles Collective is a small, therapist-led running group that brings together movement, connection, and reflection. Designed for those who feel drawn to both personal growth and community, the group offers a space to slow down, tune in, and connect—with yourself and others—outside of the traditional therapy room.
Whether you’re new to running or returning to it, the focus isn’t on pace or performance, but on presence, shared experience, and the opportunity to move through what’s coming up alongside others.
Open to a limited number of participants, the group offers a more intimate space for those interested in exploring growth both individually and in community. Open to women (cis and trans) and non-binary individuals between the ages of 18 and 24.
