Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are looking for a space that feels both thoughtful and grounded—where you can slow down, reflect on your work, and grow your clinical voice.

Supervision with me is collaborative and relational. Rather than focusing solely on technique or “getting it right,” we’ll spend time making sense of your clinical instincts, the patterns you’re noticing in your work, and the ways your own experiences may show up in the room.

I approach supervision through a relational and narrative lens, with a focus on how the stories we carry—both as clinicians and as people—shape the way we understand and engage with our clients. I have a particular interest in working with clinicians supporting clients navigating trauma, relationship dynamics, and identity exploration. Together, we’ll explore how to stay connected and attuned in complex clinical moments, while also building confidence in your decision-making and use of self as a therapist.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, I am able to provide clinical supervision to Licensed Social Workers (LSWs) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCCs) in accordance with state regulations.

Whether you’re newer to the field or looking to deepen your work, supervision can be a place to feel supported, challenged, and more fully grounded in how you practice.
