You may be someone who’s learned to move through the world by staying attuned to others—anticipating needs, keeping the peace, or holding everything together on your own.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware. They’ve built full lives for themselves, yet still feel the impact of earlier experiences—whether that’s childhood dynamics, sexual trauma, or environments where their needs, identity, or safety weren’t fully supported.

In day-to-day life, this can show up as anxiety, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of not feeling “enough.” In relationships, you might notice yourself overextending, people-pleasing, or falling into familiar patterns that leave you feeling disconnected or hurt.

Therapy is a place to slow down and make sense of these patterns—understanding how they developed and what they’ve been trying to protect. From there, we begin to build a greater sense of trust and security within yourself, creating space for something different.

In our work together, I integrate talk therapy and EMDR. I approach therapy with curiosity, collaboration, and respect for your pace.

I often work with adults exploring questions of identity or relationship stress, survivors of childhood and relational trauma, and individuals within the LGBTQ+ community.
